Step 2 — Place Your Order & Complete Payment
At checkout, provide phone number & fill The detail requried for the order. Complete your payment online — we accept all major UPI, cards, and net banking. We do not offer COD — all orders require online payment to begin production.
Step 3 — Share Your Personalisation Details
On the product page you will find a simple form to fill in your personalisation details — name, text, colour preference, or any special instructions. Fill this in before or after placing your order. Our team reviews every submission personally before moving to the next step.
Step 4 — We Reach Out Within 4 Hours
Within 4 hours of your order being placed, our team will reach out to you on WhatsApp or phone to confirm your personalisation details and answer any questions you may have. We do not begin production until we have spoken with you and confirmed everything is exactly right.
Step 5 — Design Preview Before Production
Before your piece goes into production, we send you a design preview on WhatsApp for your approval. You review it, suggest changes if needed, and give us the green light. Only after your approval do we begin cutting. No surprises. No assumptions. Just your design, confirmed by you.

Step 6 — Handcrafted in Jaipur
Once your design is approved, your piece is precision laser-cut and finished at our workshop in Jaipur using imported laser cutting machines. Every cut is sharp, every edge is clean, and every piece passes a quality check before it moves to packaging.
Step 7 — Dispatched & Delivered Pan-India
Your order is carefully packed and delivered within 5–7 business days after design approval. Tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp once your order is on its way. We ship to every corner of India.
