- Design Preview — we send you a preview on WhatsApp for approval before production
- In Production — your piece is being laser-cut and finished at our Jaipur workshop
- Quality Check — every piece is inspected before packaging
- Dispatched — your order is handed to our courier partner and tracking details are shared on WhatsApp
- Out for Delivery — your order is on its way to you
- Delivered — enjoy your gift

Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received them, reach out to us directly:
Delivery Timeline
Acrylic and MDF orders are dispatched within 2–4 days, and LED orders within 3–5 days, after you approve your design preview. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location — metro cities usually receive orders faster than Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns.
Order Arrived Damaged?
Report within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 9549160026 with clear photos or an unboxing video. We replace free of charge, and replacements are dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval. For full details see our Replacement & Refund Policy.
