- In Production — your piece is being laser-cut and finished at our Jaipur workshop
- Quality Check — every piece is inspected before packaging
- Dispatched — your order is handed to our courier partner and tracking details are shared on WhatsApp
- Out for Delivery — your order is on its way to you
- Delivered — enjoy your gift

Delivery Timeline
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after design approval. Delivery timelines vary by location across India. Metro cities typically receive orders faster than Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations.
