The letters are individually bonded to the base, which is what gives them their raised shadow. In direct rain the bond can weaken over a year or more — we stock replacements and will send them. Best on a main door, covered entrance, lobby or balcony.

What makes it different

Every letter is cut on its own and bonded to the base by hand, so the name stands off the surface and throws a shadow that moves through the day. Flat printing cannot do that — from the street, a raised name reads and a printed one disappears.

Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For dust after rain, use a damp cloth and dry it off. No thinner, no alcohol, no abrasive scrub — acrylic scratches, and a mirror finish shows every mark. Wipe in one direction rather than rubbing in circles, and never use paper towel.

If a letter or any raised element ever lifts, WhatsApp us and we will send a replacement.

We supply name plates in quantity to housing societies, builders, interior designers and temple trusts. Special pricing applies from 10 pieces. As a Jaipur workshop we cut, finish and dispatch in house, so large orders do not add weeks to the timeline. WhatsApp us for bulk pricing.

Dispatch and replacement

Made to order in our Jaipur workshop and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery time varies by city and pincode.

Every plate passes a quality check before it leaves. We replace pieces that arrive damaged or where the error is ours — free, no questions asked. WhatsApp +91 9549160026 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video; replacements are cut and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.

Spelling submitted by the customer is not covered, which is why we send a proof before cutting. This is a made-to-order product, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Online payment only. Full replacement and refund policy.

Will it damage my door?

No. It ships with adhesive tape as standard, no drilling required — which is why most of our customers in rented flats choose it. If you prefer screws we'll include them free; just ask at checkout.

Which size should I choose?

10 × 4 in fits a flat number and floor. 12 × 5 in adds room for a short family name and reads from further along a corridor. Both are sized so they don't look oversized on a standard apartment door.

Can I have the number in Hindi?

Yes. We cut Devanagari numerals at the same price, or English numbers with a Hindi name — whichever you prefer.

Will the adhesive hold in summer heat?

Yes. We use an industrial double-sided tape rated well above Indian summer temperatures, not a household tape. On a textured or powder-coated door we'd still suggest screws, since adhesive needs a smooth surface to grip.

Can I see the design before you make it?

Yes, always. We send a digital proof on WhatsApp with your exact number and spelling. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

What is a flat number plate?


A flat number plate is sized for an apartment door — compact enough to sit beside a peephole, readable from a corridor. It mounts with adhesive tape, so nothing gets drilled into a door you share with the building.
