Care

Wipe the acrylic panel with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. No glass cleaner, alcohol or abrasive scrub — acrylic scratches easily. Keep the wooden base away from water and moisture, and unplug the wired lamp if you are away for long periods.

Dispatch and replacement

Made to order in our Jaipur workshop and dispatched within 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery time varies by city and pincode.

Every lamp is switched on and quality checked before it leaves. We replace lamps that arrive damaged, don't light up, or have an error on our side — free, no questions asked. WhatsApp +91 9549160026 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video; replacements are made and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.

Spelling and text submitted by the customer is not covered, which is why we send a proof on WhatsApp before engraving. This is a made-to-order product, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Online payment only. Full replacement and refund policy.

What can I get engraved on the Heart Rose lamp?

The panel is 6 x 5.5 inch. Two names, a date and a short line like "Happy 25th Anniversary" fit comfortably around the heart and rose. For a longer message, keep it to about three short lines so the text stays readable. We set the layout and send you a proof on WhatsApp before cutting.

Engraving or Colorful — which should I choose?

Engraving is cut into the acrylic and glows warm white when the lamp is on. The panel looks clear when it's off. Colorful prints the design in full colour on the panel, so it looks bright day and night. Not sure? Pick either and WhatsApp us. We show you a proof before making it.

Is it wireless — how do I charge it?

Yes. The round wooden base has a built-in rechargeable battery and a Type-C port. Charge it with the Type-C charger you already use for your phone; no cable or adapter comes in the box. Once charged, place it anywhere with no wire showing.

What colour does the lamp glow?

Warm white. With Engraving, the heart, rose and names light up while the untouched acrylic stays clear, so the design looks like it's floating in light. With Colorful, the printed colours glow softly over the warm white light.

Can I order it for a wedding or anniversary party?
