Care

Wipe the acrylic panel with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. No glass cleaner, alcohol or abrasive scrub — acrylic scratches easily. Keep the wooden base away from water and moisture, and unplug the wired lamp if you are away for long periods.

Dispatch and replacement

Made to order in our Jaipur workshop and dispatched within 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Delivery time varies by city and pincode.

Every lamp is switched on and quality checked before it leaves. We replace lamps that arrive damaged, don't light up, or have an error on our side — free, no questions asked. WhatsApp +91 9549160026 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video; replacements are made and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.

Spelling and text submitted by the customer is not covered, which is why we send a proof on WhatsApp before engraving. This is a made-to-order product, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Online payment only. Full replacement and refund policy.

Does it work for a clinic opening?

Yes. We engrave the clinic name instead of the hospital name — everything else stays the same. It suits a new clinic, a dental practice or a diagnostic centre.

What can I engrave on it?

The hospital or clinic name, the opening date, the city and a short line — 'The Day A Dream Became A Reality' or your own words. We send a proof on WhatsApp before engraving.

Is the star pattern the real sky on the opening day?

No. It is a decorative constellation design, the same on every lamp. What makes it theirs is the name, date and place engraved beneath it.

Can it arrive before the inauguration?

Lamps are dispatched in 3–5 business days after design approval. Order at least a week before the opening, or WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Which size should I choose?

6 or 8 inch suits the doctor's desk in the cabin. 10 or 12 inch stands out on a reception counter, where patients see it every day. For thickness, 3mm is our classic panel. 5mm is thicker and sturdier, and its edges glow brighter, so it looks more premium on a desk or shelf.

Wired or wireless — what do I get, and do I need a charger?

Wired comes with a USB cable — plug it into any phone charger adapter, laptop or power bank, and it stays on as long as it's plugged in. Wireless has a built-in rechargeable battery and a Type-C port — charge it with the Type-C charger you already use for your phone; no cable comes in the box. Once charged, it sits anywhere with no wire showing.
