The letters are individually bonded to the base, which is what gives them their raised shadow. In direct rain the bond can weaken over a year or more — we stock replacements and will send them. Best on a main door, covered entrance, lobby or balcony.

What makes it different

Every letter is cut on its own and bonded to the base by hand, so the name stands off the surface and throws a shadow that moves through the day. Flat printing cannot do that — from the street, a raised name reads and a printed one disappears.

Care

Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For dust after rain, use a damp cloth and dry it off. No thinner, no alcohol, no abrasive scrub — acrylic scratches, and a mirror finish shows every mark. Wipe in one direction rather than rubbing in circles, and never use paper towel.

If a letter or any raised element ever lifts, WhatsApp us and we will send a replacement.

Every plate passes a quality check before it leaves. We replace pieces that arrive damaged or where the error is ours — free, no questions asked. WhatsApp +91 9549160026 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video; replacements are cut and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.

Spelling submitted by the customer is not covered, which is why we send a proof before cutting. This is a made-to-order product, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Online payment only. Full replacement and refund policy.

Why only one size?

The wreath is drawn for a 12-inch diameter. Smaller and the leaf detail closes up into a blur; larger and the ring reads thin against the name. We'd rather make one size properly than three badly.

Will the wreath come off outdoors?

Not quickly. Every leaf and letter is bonded, not stuck on with household adhesive — but in heavy direct rain the bond can weaken after a year or more.
We stock replacements and you can buy them. For a fully exposed gate, our dual-layer laser cut plates have nothing bonded at all.

Can I have the name in Hindi?

Yes. Devanagari is cut the same way as English lettering, at the same price.

Should I use screws or studs?

Screw mount is included and is fine on a covered main door or in a lobby. Stud mount is a paid upgrade — standoffs hold the plate off the wall so water drains behind it, and the shadow behind the wreath is deeper. Worth it on an exposed wall.

Can I see the design before you make it?

Yes, always. We send a digital proof on WhatsApp showing your name inside the wreath. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

What is a circle name plate?
