Place your order and complete payment. At checkout, enter your WhatsApp number — our team will reach out to collect your logo file (vector format — AI, EPS, or high-res PNG preferred), Google review QR code, and UPI payment QR code. We will send a digital preview for your approval before production begins. Nothing goes into production without your sign-off.

• We replace pieces that arrive physically damaged or where an error has occurred on our end — free of charge, no questions asked.

• Replacement is produced and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.
