How it lights up
Your name, qualifications and symbol are laser-engraved into a clear acrylic plate. A warm white LED hidden in the wooden base shines up through the plate, so every engraved line glows softly while the rest of the acrylic stays clear. It runs on a USB cable – plug it into a laptop, a USB adapter or a power bank.

Care
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. For dust after rain, use a damp cloth and dry it off. No thinner, no alcohol, no abrasive scrub — acrylic scratches, and a mirror finish shows every mark. Wipe in one direction rather than rubbing in circles, and never use paper towel.
If a letter or any raised element ever lifts, WhatsApp us and we will send a replacement.

Every plate passes a quality check before it leaves. We replace pieces that arrive damaged or where the error is ours — free, no questions asked. WhatsApp +91 9549160026 within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video; replacements are cut and dispatched within 48–72 hours of approval.
Spelling submitted by the customer is not covered, which is why we send a proof before cutting. This is a made-to-order product, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Online payment only. Full replacement and refund policy.
